No Heat Waves; Myth or Truth?

I was pretty happy with the end result of my waves. And after applying light hold hairspray they did last throughout the day and it was the prefect be beach look. :) Have you ever tried these "no heat waves" what was your experience. Is there any other way to achieve this look without heat?

    A no heat method that worked for me was done by placing an elastic headband around my head, and then taking one inch sections of my hair and winding them around the headband one by one, all the way around. I was skeptical at first but it worked perfectly -- and the only thing I used was Sugar Dust for some texture because my hair is really fine.

      Thank you! I will definitely be trying this technique. I really hate using heat on my hair. So tips like these I LOVE :D
